evilwm software package provides minimalist window manager for X11, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install evilwm
evilwm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the evilwm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep evilwm *
You will get with evilwm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
